I had fun playing for Dennis C's birthday party at his great farmhouse in Gamber. Playing a wide variety of tunes including the Marine's Hymn and Anchors Away on fiddle and mandolin. Great fried chicken too! |

| Courtesy of Timna Shaw, this shot of the group en masse, my fiddle student Hayden on the left. I wish I could have done this at his age; I probably was home watching Gilligan's Island and eating Cheerios. |

| Looking south from the Top of the Rock, in memory of Jo Ann Heltibridle; a senior vice president for Marsh & McClennan, One World Trade Center on the 94th floor. She graduated one year behind me, Francis Scott Key High School, Union Bridge, Maryland, Class of 1973. I'm so proud to have known her and how much of a success she had become. |

| This little firecracker does not have to be told to practice! Her bowing technique is the envy of all beginners. She's starting 4th grade with 140 hours of violin instruction already. My weekly one-hour sessions give me the time to allow my students to really know their key signatures. |
